Respectful Behaviour
Every employee has a responsibility to contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace. This includes behaviour in the workplace, during client interactions, during travel and at all MBL sponsored events. Conduct that undermines dignity, equality or respect will not be tolerated.
Raising Concerns
Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment or behaviour inconsistent with this policy are encouraged to raise concerns as early as possible. Reports can be made to a line manager or directly to the Human Resources representative. All concerns will be handled promptly, sensitively and in confidence wherever possible.
Breaches of Policy
Any employee found to have engaged in discriminatory behaviour or conduct that violates this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with legal requirements, best practice and MBL Global’s organisational values.
