Welcome to MBL Now. This provides ad-hoc/uncontracted access to the counselling network of MBL Global.
Service delivery costs and terms vary from clients with whom we have a current Service Contract.
To begin, please complete and submit the online access form in Step 1 below.
MBL Now provides access to an immediate psychological trauma response and post event case coordination and management. Regardless of size or scale, it should only be used in urgent situations. Our global counselling network is available 24/7/365 to deliver telephonic ‘in the moment’ and thereafter, coordinated post event care in either group, 1:1 (in local practice), virtual or telephonic sessions. There is a strict process that you and MBL need to follow in order to access the services you require.
Please complete and submit the online access form below. This will provide us with the necessary details to ensure we connect with the right individuals to facilitate the service efficiently.
Upon completion, an MBL Global Clinical Liaison Officer will promptly contact you to assess the required support, verify your contact information, and obtain any necessary preliminary consents.
A brief pre-delivery contract will then be sent to you, outlining the terms of engagement, the responsibilities of all parties, and our costs, which are determined by factors such as the nature of the event and the number of participants. Please return the contract to MBL Global with the word “Accept.” Once we receive your acceptance and the required deposit (as specified in the contract), we will promptly begin delivering the agreed-upon services.
